| Well i've always heard of it as "hardwire" but im basically just using the auxiliary port to hook up to my ipod i had to buy an adaptor that made the port (i think its usually for cd changers) into RCA ports to which i hooked up a Monster cable thing i bought at best buy(it was RCA to headphone jack) and that connects to my ipod its better to have it directly connected to your steroeo than the FM transmitters (i havent heard a perfect one yet, but im sure theres good ones) Again, the read problem might not happen with this type of hook up, i was just reading a review or something about an alpine product for Ipods (with that one, you couldnt control it with the Ipod while it was connected...but you could put hte Ipod out of view too) And yeah, i like to make playlists, so the display thing isn't important to me either...but i was just pointing that out.
